Return & Refund Policy

Product Quality & Inspection
We take pride in the quality of the products we provide. Before shipment, orders are inspected for quality issues and packaged properly to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Depending on the production method used, we may even provide customers with photos or videos of their products before shipment.
Famous Iconz operates primarily as a Print-on-Demand (POD) business, although not all of our products are produced through POD services. Regardless of the production method, we and our production partners make every effort to ensure that damaged or defective products are not shipped to customers.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders
Although we take precautions to protect every order, we understand that unexpected damage can sometimes occur during the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is in transit, we cannot control how packages are handled.
We understand how disappointing it can be to receive an item that doesn't meet expectations, and we are committed to making things right.
If your order arrives damaged or is otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us with supporting photos or other appropriate proof so we can review the situation and determine the best resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- A Replacement: We can arrange to replace damaged or unsatisfactory items at no additional product cost.
- A Return: If a replacement is not preferred, eligible items may be returned within 7–15 days of delivery, subject to approval and verification of the reported issue.
- A Full Refund: If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through replacement or other available options, we may offer a full refund, including applicable shipping fees.
Shipping Insurance
Most of our shipments include package insurance designed to help cover the value of orders in the event of qualifying shipping-related damage or loss.
When applicable, we may work with our shipping carriers or insurance providers to resolve claims. Insurance coverage and claim approval are subject to the applicable carrier or insurance provider's terms and conditions.
